Fan Quotations
I have been a gigantic Rolling Stones fan since approximately the Spanish-American War. Dave Barry Fan the sinking flame of hilarity with the wing of friendship; and pass the rosy wine. Charles Dickens You really don't want a president who is a football fan. Football combines the worst features of American life. It is violence punctuated by committee meetings. George Will I have been a fan all my life, but now I have been out of football for over 10 years, and out of baseball for a little over six years and I don't go to games. Bo Jackson I mean I appreciate fan mail and that the people like what I am doing but I can't answer it. If I would answer 25 letters a day I would be just a guy answering mail and not an artist anymore. Henry Rollins Who do I like? I am a big fan of French and Saunders - not that that they are particularly stand-up I have to say, but I think they have been great for women and they are of themselves just incredibly funny whether they are male or female. Jo Brand Well, I'm a huge fan of Ryan Adams, who's from North Carolina. And he's beginning to break really quite big. Elton John We have a growing new fan base, and we wanted to get out now, and play now, and the timing was right. Nikki Sixx Johnny Rotten. He's a big fan of mine. I used to see him out in the audience in England and he'd stand up and holler. He's funny. Smart too, and a nice guy. Don't think he's a jerk because he isn't. Don Van Vliet I don't like that, because there are a lot of people whose works I admire as actors or actresses, or musicians. And you know, I've been a big fan of different musicians or actors.
