My idea of relaxation is not lying down by a beach. I have to move around, do stuff. Though I'm a massive quiz show person.
From the time we're born until we die, we're kept busy with artificial stuff that isn't important.
When I found Jesus Christ, I learned to be a better athlete. I didn't have to go out there and knock them out in the first round. I've learned to be patient, skillful in the ring. At the same time, I wanted to prove to other boxers that you can take off this killer instinct stuff, you can be a great athlete, a great boxer, and love your brother.
Life is pretty simple: You do some stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works. If it works big, others quickly copy it. Then you do something else. The trick is the doing something else.

I've done my share of period stuff. I'm not sure why, but people say I have a period face. The bread and butter of British TV is Jane Austen adaptations and bridges and bonnets and boats and horses.
There is stuff I would have liked to have done. But there are no sour grapes.
Living in the past or living in the future - those aren't real. The moment is now, and that's where safety and comfort and all that good stuff is.
If you think about stuff that happened when you were young, it stays with you forever.
Reflecting back, we all make mistakes; we all go through our stuff - relationships, financial, all kinds of stuff - and if you can grow from that and pass that message on, it's a pretty cool thing.

I grew up in New Mexico, and the older I get, I have less need for contemporary culture and big cities and all the stuff we are bombarded with.
