What you see is what you get with us, so they let us do what we want to do. Joel Coen When you are in the family... you have more rights than when you are asking to join and knocking on the door. Jacques Chirac When you stop learning, stop listening, stop looking and asking questions, always new questions, then it is time to die. Miles Writers are frequently asked why they wrote their first book. A more interesting answer might come from asking them why they wrote their second one. Len Deighton You create your opportunities by asking for them. Shakti Gawain You know your children are growing up when they stop asking you where they came from and refuse to tell you where they're going. P. J. O'Rourke You never give away your heart; you lend it from time to time. If it were not so, how could we take it back without asking? Jeanette Winterson You're asking the wrong girl about fame. I'm hardly famous. I wouldn't want to trade places with anyone else. Nikki Cox You're trying to find new ideas in people. I always think to myself, what question I am least comfortable asking the person? And then I make sure I ask it early in the interview. Chuck Klosterman You've got to ask! Asking is, in my opinion, the world's most powerful - and neglected - secret to success and happiness. Percy Ross |
